This “Tradition” 2003 has a bright colour with an intense ruby tint. Pleasant, herbaceous and peppery, it develops many fresh fruit and jam flavours (sweet cherry and red currant).

Will go perfectly with game such as wild boar and boiled potatoes sprinkled with chopped parsley and topped with a spicy sauce.
