They started the September 13th. we found a beautiful maturity for the Syrah, which let us preview intense colours and flavours with fragrance of wild berries, truffles and so on.

Explosion with red fruits nose, gariguette strawberries, blackberries and currants. Dress of a bright and glossy ruby. In the mouth a perfect balance between tannins and acidity. The power of its tannins opens to let its Provencal roots express themselves.
The Winemaker's Advice
The Tradition 2012, with its elegance and bouquet of red fruits will be able to use wonderfully with lamb and a gratin with seasonal vegetables. Or a weel seasoned homemade roasted quail as well as potatoes stuffed with parsley butter and fresh chanterelle.
