80% Grenache - 5% Syrah - 5% Cinsault - 5% Mourvèdre - 5% Vaccarèse

Harvest

With a selection in the vineyards on the stainless grape bins. The harvest started on the 5th of September 2020 with a perfect ripeness of the grapes.

Wine-Making

Traditional during 15 days. Temperature is controlled by thermoregulation.

Ageing

6 to 8 months in a big oak barrel.

Storage

In enameled tanks before going to the oak barrel.

Tasting 

This wine has a beautiful red color. Very rich and with a great fullness, it exhales subtle flavours of liquorice and Provence garrigue. Made with five different grape varieties and well balanced, the Tradition 2020 is a very fresh and voluptuous wine!

Ready to drink now or keep for few years.
