Wine making

In our cellars built in 1929 wine will become gradually a product of great quality.

Our bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape is hit in the mass with the Papal Coat of Arms, a guarantee for you that you are well at a producer, wine-grower and wine-maker of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red : blending of the two vintages "Tradition" and "Vieilles Vignes" during the harvest. Picking out in the vine on the stainless steel harvesting bins.

Wine-making is traditional and lasts about 15 days. It depends on the sugar evolution. The temperature is controlled by thermoregulation.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape White : The different grape-varieties are blended in the Vineyard, and the grapes are directly carried in boxes to the cellar where they are pressed, the temperature is maintained at 18°C by thermoregulation.

Since 2006, 10% of that Vintage is aged in a new barrel.

Côtes du Rhône Red : blending of grape-varieties during the harvest on our two slopes, traditional wine-making lasts about 15 days. The temperature is controlled by thermoregulation.
