Wine making

In our cellars built in 1929, wine will become gradually a product of great quality.

Our bottle of Châteauneuf-du-Pape is hit in the mass with the Papal Coat of Arms, a guarantee for you that you are well at a producer, wine-grower and wine-maker of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Red : blending of the different grape varieties during the harvests whiwh then macerate together during vinification. Wine-making is traditional and lasts about 15 days. It depends on the sugar evolution. The temperature is controlled by thermoregulation. Aging for 6 to 12 months in big oak barrels depending on the cuvées. 

Châteauneuf-du-Pape White : The different grape varieties are blended in the Vineyard, and the grapes are directly carried in boxes to the cellar where they are pressed, the temperature is maintained at 18°C by thermoregulation.

Côtes du Rhône Red : blending of grape-varieties during the harvest on our two slopes, traditional wine-making lasts about 15 days. The temperature is controlled by thermoregulation.
