Wine-Making

Light press and fermentation with controled temperatures at 18°C thanks to the thermoregulation to keep and express all its fragrancies and it's crystal-clear color.

Storage

On fine lees before the bottling at the Domain in Spring

Tasting

Present to the eye a beautiful color with shiny yellow hightlights and reveals in the mouth a pleasant freshness with fruity and generous notes.

Winegrower's advice

For your aperitif or to accompany your scallop as weel as beautiful platters of seafood and fresh fish. It will also prove to be a perfect companion of goat cheese. You can also associate with a "barigoule" with purple artichokes of Provence.
