Clayey, chalky with big pebble stones, sandy for some plots.

60% Grenache - 30% Mourvèdre - 10% Syrah

Average age of the vines

80 years, some plots are even an hundred years old.

Harvest

Manuel, with a selection in the vineyard in the stainless grape bin. The harvest started on the 13th September 2017. Right from seeing the very first free run wines, we noticed beautifully intense and deep colors.

Wine-Making

Traditional during 15 days, using thermoregulation for a good control of the temperatures.

Ageing

8 to 12 months in a big oak barrels.

Tasting

Ready to drink now or keep few years !
